Thank you to everyone that came out Jan 26 to help celebrate the Patchogue Arts Council's past, present and future! The Home Sweet Home wine and cheese fundraiser was a huge success and was attended by about 60 supporters. It was wonderful to celebrate in our new home, sPACe. The walls were adorned with a timeline highlighting the accomplishments of 100% volunteer power, from our beginings in 2008 through today.

The Patchogue Arts Council presented the Patchogue Theatre for the Performing Arts with a Certificate of Appreciation for their role in encouraging, supporting and promoting the arts in the community. We extend our deep gratitude for all they do, especially their hosting of the Patchogue Arts Council Lobby Gallery and their partnership in the annual Patchogue Arts Festivals.

The Patchogue Arts Council Members Show was installed this week at sPACe and the Lobby Gallery and opens this Saturday, February 4th and runs through March 11th, with a reception on Sat. February 11th from 4-7 pm. The show has been juried by Richard Vaux, Director Emeritus of the galleries at Adelphi University.

Our music committee will begin meeting monthly at sPACe on the second Thursday of each month at 5:15pm. This schedule will begin on February 9th. Hope to see you there!
